Papino's History
I’m a first-generation American, born to two immigrants from Italy. I grew up watching my parents work hard to establish something of their own. They owned an Italian restaurant here in Bethlehem, PA for over 30 years before they retired. My father was in the kitchen every night serving up delicious meals and my mother enjoyed baking desserts there. I was privileged to grow up there and watch them share their love for food.
When they retired, I realized how much I missed the staff and customers that became like family. I’ve been doing the corporate life since I graduated over 20 years ago and I know I was meant for something else. This is why I started my own business. I wanted to bring quality Italian products and those old Vineyard desserts to people who enjoyed them as much as I did.
